In a funny BTS video, Mithun Chakraborty teases Bharti Singh for earning more than everyone on ‘Hunarbaaz’
Mithun Chakraborty, Karan Johar and Parineeti Chopra hosted reality show ‘Hunarbaaz 'has been in the headlines ever since its inception. The show has grabbed a lot of attention owing to contestants’ unique skills, judges’ fun banter, and of course because of Bharti Singh and Haarsh’s hilarious jokes. Notably, behind-the-scenes videos from the sets often surface online and it shows they all have great fun behind the camera. In the recent BTS clip, actor Mithun is seen taking a funny dig at Bharti over her high income.
In the clip, shared on Colors’ Instagram page, the comedy queen requests Mithun to feature in a video that she is recording from her phone. Bharti says in Hindi, “Twadde karan ek gareeb banda koi kama lega (If you help me, you will be helping a poor person make some money).” Hearing this, the actor could not help but tease the comedy queen. Mithun Chakraborty said, “Haan, tu gareeb! Hum log saare mil ke jo kamate hai, woh akeli kamati hai (Oh, you are poor indeed! You alone earn what we all collectively make).”
He was refereeing to Karan, Parineeti Chopra and himself. Bharti manages to get the actor along with Karan Johar and Parineeti in the video and tried some funny filters on them. Sharing their hilarious fun banter, the channel wrote, “Bharti + filters + judges = Best Combination Dekhiye #Hunarbaaz Desh Ki Shaan har Sat-Sun, raat 9 baje sirf #Colors par. Anytime on @voot.”
Interestingly, ‘Hunarbaaz’ is Bharti Singh’s first show post announcing her pregnancy. In January ahead of its launch, she had shared a video from the sets, calling herself 'India's first pregnant anchor. The queen of comedy stated that she wanted to prove to her mother and all other mothers that it's okay to work while expecting.
